Having personally lost 6 stone, I understand how to achieve and maintain lasting results.
Neil
Hi! My name is Neil and I am a level 4 qualified exercise specialist. I have a great deal of experience helping men and women aged 35 and over to get leaner, fitter and stronger. I am a great believer that a healthier body leads to a happier you. I specialise in strength, conditioning and mobility to improve strength, strip body fat and reduce long-term pain.
